Please check our website: https://www.phablecare.com/ THE POSITION: Medical coders play a vital role in the connection between Doctors (healthcare provider) and Patients. We’re looking for an exceptional medical coder to join our fast-growing team. This position requires extreme diligence and care as you will be dealing with treatment plans of the patients and their medical records. A candidate with exceptional aptitude, logical ability and medical knowledge would fit right in. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of Medical Records work
• Transcribing/Digitizing Medical prescriptions for different specialty doctors through the understanding of medical terminology, treatment plan, conditions, Medicines, and procedures.
• Maintain TAT around prescriptions.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets with expected accuracy
• Work as part of an Agile team to meet time and quality standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and information security.
• Strong knowledge on medical terminology, procedures, and conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of medical jargons and drug names
• Strong ability to comprehend medical documents & prescriptions
• Familiarity with Medical terms and procedures
• Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding/digitizing medical prescriptions.
• Ability to read and understand doctors handwriting.

EDUCATION:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D. Pharma/Any Life Science
• Above 7 GPA or 75% scores in graduation
