: Associate (Mediation)

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

and

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

concepts. Drive new projects and initiatives related to mediation, ODR programs, training, and institutional collaborations. Research emerging mediation models and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. Administer and manage mediation cases on the Presolv360 platform end-to-end. Coordinate efficiently with mediators and parties to ensure smooth communication and case progression. Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative mediation programs and processes. Gather insights and feedback from users and mediators to suggest improvements to platform features and workflows. Build and maintain strong relationships with mediators, institutions, and ecosystem partners. Coordinate mediator empanelment, training, and ongoing engagement activities. Represent Presolv360 at external mediation events, forums, and professional dialogues.

Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience

, preferably in ADR/ODR or dispute resolution-related roles.

LLB / LLM degree

is mandatory. Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in

MS Word

and other documentation tools. High attention to detail with a structured and organized approach to work. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people-centric work and access to justice.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per month
