Job Description
JD :
Operate and monitor pellet coating equipment (fluidized bed processors, coating machines, etc.) as per SOPs and batch records.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality standards during manufacturing operations.
Perform in-process checks, sampling, and yield monitoring.
Maintain equipment cleanliness, change parts, and ensure line clearance before operations.
Record activities in batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and logbooks accurately.
Assist in troubleshooting process deviations and support process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance for smooth workflow
Skill:
Hands-on experience in operating
fluid bed processor (Wurster/Top Spray/Bottom Spray)
and coating techniques. Knowledge ofBMR documentation, line clearance, and GMP compliance
. Ability to handle equipment cleaning, validation, and preventive maintenance. Good understanding of safety protocols, teamwork, and process disciplineDiploma
