Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace. Position Overview Boeing Production Engineering is currently looking for Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad, TBAL . This positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) business organization. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Production Engineering Teams to implement the Manufacturing engineering solutions. Position Responsibilities: The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Should be conversant with Assembly Processes, Customer Supplier Knowledge, Design / Produce Processes, Engineering Process Improvement Method, Manufacturing Methods, Product Structure, Operational Analysis.
• Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
• Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
• Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
• Conducts Producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
• Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
• Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
• Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule. Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
• Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
• Implements lean principles and technologies.
• Must have experience working with multi-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners.
• Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within Boeing and outside, across different cultures and time-zones.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, Statements of Work, and connect technology to business considerations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Experience in Creation and Review of Build Sequence
• Experience in Interpreting the Manufacturing Specifications.
• Experience in Shop floor Production environment
• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Production engineering role
• The ability to communicate optimally, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical / Tooling / Production Engineering.

Typical Education & Experience: Minimum 6 – 8 Years of Experience with Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
