Role Summary:

• Must have work experience in RFID, OCR, GPS & Port Technologies
• Transportation and Logistics domain experience i.e. Container Tracking, Toll Management System, Electronic Toll Collection, HTMS, ITMS, Port Management System etc.
• A solid understanding of the technical aspects of the Logistics & Supply Chain project.
• Understanding of API & Server
• To work in evolving strategic vision & directions for the development of institutional framework & Business plans.
• Strong knowledge in advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Project Coordination & Scheduling:

• Technical documentation of Products & Solutions offered.
• Ability to Manage & take delivery from Technical team.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing technical project timelines and resources.
• Ensure all technical activities and tasks are executed according to project timelines.
• Coordinate technical team efforts and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Work with project managers to identify potential risks and issues related to technical aspects of the project.

• Communication & Collaboration:

• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and other stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors, management).
• Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress, issues, and risks.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams (e.g., development, quality assurance, design, and operations).
• Reporting - skill in reporting and data visualization software, with strong presentation skills, Analytical & Creative Mind.
• Responsibility for framing & documenting the solutions detailed scope & requirement.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of technical specifications, project schedules, and project-related documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational standards.

• Coordination for Technical Support:

• Assist & coordinate with technical teams in identifying and solving complex problems or technical challenges that arise during project execution.
• Coordinate with technical team for troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
