IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household). As a member of our Retail Banking department, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential customers in the Durg, Chhattisgarh area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling various banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the bank's CRM system
- Stay updated on all bank products, services, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with accurate information
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure a high level of ethical and professional conduct
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
