Your mission: Manage operations, lead people, fix bottlenecks, handle clients, and ensure top-tier WordPress websites go live on time--with zero compromise on quality. This isn't just a project management role--it's a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up leadership opportunity for someone who knows WordPress inside out and thrives in a fast-moving, quality-obsessed environment.
What will you actually do?
You'll:
Lead day-to-day operations for the WordPress web production team--ensure deadlines, quality, and SLAs are consistently met.
Build, document, and evolve internal SOPs that make execution faster and smoother.
Lead client discussions, handle escalations, and own client success.
Mentor and manage team leads, balancing performance, leave planning, and resource allocation.
Stay hands-on--troubleshoot technical challenges and support supervisors in complex scenarios.
Use tools like JIRA/Salesforce to monitor project health and timelines.
Drive ongoing performance reviews and feedback loops to keep the team sharp and motivated
Push innovation--embrace automation and AI where it drives efficiency and quality
Should be able to work on subscription based customers
Key Skills Requirement -
Strong expertise in WordPress with hands-on experience in page builders like, Elementor
Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and provide guidance across technical, team, and process challenges
Client-focused mindset, balancing speed with quality delivery
Should be able to evaluate and estimate project timelines
Proven experience in leading and mentoring large teams while driving performance and morale
Highly organized, results-driven, and open to adopting AI-led process improvements
Excellent communication skills with teams, clients, and stakeholders
8+ years total experience, with recent 5+ years of hands-on WordPress expertise across major page builders.
3+ years of team leadership experience managing large, diverse teams.
2+ years of international client handling experience--calls, escalations, and expectations.
