We are looking for an experienced Telesales Associate Manager with a minimum of 5-6 years
of Experience in Telesales & 4-5 years of experience in handling a team of 50-100 callers in
the Lending loan industry. As a telesales Associate Manager, you will be responsible for
setting weekly and monthly sales targets, designing and implementing sales strategies, and
monitoring the performance of the sales team, you should have experience with telesales,
advanced team-handling skills, and the ability to multitask.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Data science-driven targeting of the users requires loans.
Should have good knowledge of dialer, running campaigns over dialer. prioritizing
campaigns, follow-ups, and required dialing attempts over dialer using data-driven
strategies.
Should be able to differentiate the attributions between the different marketing
channels (calling, CRM, Performance), to find exact contributions by the calling alone
on the similar data/user targeted through different marketing channels.
Good knowledge of the user profile, which is the deciding factor for loan approvals.
Work as a Telesales Manager- handling data and files, and checking the quality and
productivity of the team.
Driving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing
clients.
Doing Daily call audits for the team, the agency, and the agents, and making
necessary reports.
Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process.
To ensure all members of the team are fully informed of targets and current sales
positions.
To be a proactive member of the team and support all calls.
To collate, analyze,and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales
performance of the team.
Good in Analytics and strategies.
To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.
Implementing sales strategies.
Monitoring & Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies.
Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
Compiling and presenting sales reports.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Should be Experience in telesales.
Strong leadership and sales skills.
Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is a must.
Ability to multitask.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to write and present reports.
Strong organizational skills.
