Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle, including receipt, storage, issuance,
and reconciliation of materials, ensuring alignment with production schedules.

• Develop and implement inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and

reduce wastage.

• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and

ensure timely availability of critical resources.

• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for

cost optimization.

• Lead the implementation of digital tools and technologies for inventory tracking and

reporting, enhancing operational transparency and efficiency.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes for all inventory

transactions.

• Train and mentor store personnel to adhere to best practices in inventory management and

safety protocols.

• Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline material movement and reduce lead times.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify stock accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness

of the stores function
Qualifications:
Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in

Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are preferred.
Years & Type of Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in inventory and stores management, with a focus on

manufacturing or precast operations.

• Hands-on experience in using digital inventory management tools and ERP systems.
