We are looking for an Associate Manager - SEO to drive The Media Ant's organic growth strategy. This role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO activities across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, while leveraging AI and automation tools to maximize efficiency and performance.
Education
: MBA/master's degree
Job Experience Required:-
2-3 years of proven SEO experience (agency, marketplace, or high-traffic platform).
SEO or Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) are a plus.
Day-To-Day Work
Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, schema, interlinking, canonical tags, robots.txt, sitemaps.
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix crawl/indexing issues, page speed, and mobile usability.
Manage off-page SEO: ethical link building, guest posting, local citations, and authority-building strategies.
Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile and local SEO campaigns.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly landing pages and blogs.
Use AI tools and automation platforms to enhance keyword research, content optimization, reporting, and competitor tracking.
Monitor SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions, bounce rate, session duration) and generate actionable insights.
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI-driven SEO trends, and best practices.
Prepare SEO performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Must Have
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
Basic HTML, CSS, and CMS knowledge (WordPress preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good To Have
Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper).
Awareness of AI in search (e.g., SGE, conversational search) and its impact on SEO.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Knowledge of local SEO & Google Business Profile optimization.
Soft Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong time management.
