Role Overview
The Sales Associate is an entry-level, execution-focused role responsible for
lead engagement, qualification, follow-ups, and conversions
. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in EdTech sales and working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Understand learner needs and pitch relevant programs and solutions.
Conduct consultative conversations and manage structured follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments within defined timelines.
Address basic objections related to pricing, curriculum, and outcomes.
Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to sales processes.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth enrollments.
Participate in product training, reviews, and sales meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, EdTech, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfort with targets, KPIs, and performance tracking.
High energy, resilience, and willingness to learn.
