This role requires strong consultative selling abilities, excellent client engagement, and the capability to support and mentor junior sales executives. It is suitable for professionals aiming for a leadership path within real estate sales.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound leads for high-value residential projects.- Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead qualification, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through transparent advisory.- Stay updated on pricing, inventory, market trends, and competitor projects.- Guide a small team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain CRM entries, sales pipelines, and daily/weekly sales reports.- Coordinate with developer partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.Key Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience in real estate residential sales.- Proven track record of closing high-ticket real estate deals.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members.- Experience using CRM tools (NoBroker, Sell.Do, Salesforce, etc.).- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.Compensation- Fixed Salary: - 35,000 - 45,000 per month- Incentives: Extremely lucrative, based on sales targets and closures (ref:updazz.com)
