Job Purpose: Team Member - Sales and Marketing supports the pursuit of global business opportunities, engaging in sales and marketing efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, and meeting sales targets to fuel the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities: -
a) Identifying key business opportunities in the domestic segment.
b) Development of new customer and sectors for domestic business. Analyze and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement.
c) Achieve target revenues & optimizing sales effort.
d) Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received.
e) Maintain long-term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization.
f) Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry.
Operational Responsibilities :-
a) To work closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth, product development and geographical spread.
b) Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.
c) Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
d) Conduct basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as wells identify new customers.
People Management: -
a) Ensuring Proper training, mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success.
b) Coordination with Team Members.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:

  • Regular Graduate.
  • Preferable MBA in Marketing & Sales.
Experiences:
  • 3+ Years in the domain of Logistics & Supply chain Sales, Operations & Key Accounts Management.
