The

Associate Manager - Recruitment and Selection

is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, processes, and execution of closing all open positions across schools, leadership roles, and central teams. This includes studying recruitment funnels, analysing trends, improving quality of hire, and continuously upgrading systems to match market realities.

Selection Strategy & Execution (30%)



Design and execute selection strategies for all roles across iTeach (schools, leadership, and central teams). Allocate team bandwidth and resources based on real-time hiring priorities and organisational needs. Conduct weekly/fortnightly reviews to adjust hiring priorities based on school openings, attrition, and new role requirements. Build and maintain a real-time staffing dashboard with accurate data on vacancies, pipeline health, and projected closures.

Monitoring & Evaluation (20%)



Create frameworks and metrics to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of iTeach's selection processes. Analyse funnel data for each role to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and conversion trends. Conduct monthly talent analytics reviews and share insights with the People Team and hiring managers. Use data to drive continuous course correction in processes, criteria, timelines, and team practices.

Processes and Systems (20%)



Continuously refine and update selection materials--job descriptions, role scorecards, interview rubrics, competency maps, and communication templates. Maintain and update the iTeach Job Portal to ensure completeness, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience.

Selector Training & Capability Building (30%)



Train and onboard selectors and interviewers across the organisation for multiple role types. Create and refine comprehensive training resources--sample questions, rubrics, calibration guides, and interview simulations. Monitor selector performance using a rubric; share feedback and create improvement plans where required.

Prerequisites



Required: Bachelor's degree with strong performance. Required: 3+ years of experience in a recruitment and hiring environment. Required: Experience managing a team. Preferred: Experience in a school system/education organisation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position ranges from 7.2 - 8.46 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
