As an
Associate Manager - Real Estate
, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving high-value closures, and mentoring junior sales executives. This is a leadership-track role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, consultative selling environments and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads for
premium residential projects
Own the full sales lifecycle--lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and final closures
Build long-term client relationships through a
trust-based, advisory approach
Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, and market competition
Guide and support a small team of Sales Executives to achieve collective targets
Regularly update CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developer partners to drive results
Key Qualifications:
Minimum
2-4 years
of real estate sales experience.
Freshers from
Tier 1 MBA colleges
are welcome to apply.
Strong track record in
closing high-ticket residential sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Ability to independently drive performance while mentoring junior team members
Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
