Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning & Execution
Manage procurement of construction materials, services, equipment, and consumables (CAPEX & OPEX).
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and finalize purchase orders.
Vendor Development & Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Maintain a strong vendor database and conduct periodic performance reviews.
Foster long-term relationships to ensure consistency in supply, quality, and cost.
Negotiation & Cost Optimization
Negotiate prices, credit terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
Benchmark market prices and adopt best practices to drive procurement efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Process & Documentation
Maintain transparent procurement records, agreements, and vendor documents.
Collaborate with finance for timely payments and budget alignment.
Ensure compliance with internal audit and reporting requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with project, design, and accounts teams to understand requirements.
Provide inputs on procurement strategy during project planning and execution.
Support in resolving supply chain and vendor-related issues proactively.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
