Client Engagement & Partnerships
Build relationships with airport authorities, airlines, travel agents, and corporate clients
Customize service offerings to meet client needs and enhance value propositions
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine service strategy
Recommend service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand
Team Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support training initiatives for frontline staff to maintain service excellence
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Prepare monthly reports and present performance insights to senior management.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or Aviation Management Experience: 8-10 years in sales, preferably in airport services or hospitality
