construction Manager (Piping), who is specialized in site execution management, coordination for site mobilization and understand the basic requirement for site startup, good knowledge about piping and structural prefabrication, spool identification, safe lift plan, equipment erection, piping and structural erection, pr. Test loop file preparation and pr. Testing of pipe loops, mechanical completion at construction site. Installation of all Mechanical components (piping, equipment, structures) based on the design & approved drawing, codes and standards. To manage entire execution work to complete safely and within schedule. To estimate resource requirement to complete the work as per given schedule. To ensure compliance of contract specification by contractor. To ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues raised.

Making an impact. What will you do?



In this role, you will be responsible for piping related site construction activities

Also, you will adhere to quality systems & process and documentation for the same

Further, you will prepare JSA & RA and will be involved in issuance of PTW

Furthermore, you need to Interface with other disciplines engineers / site enabling functions



Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?



You have Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15 years of experience

You have working knowledge in refinery/ ASU/Gas plants process piping

You need to have good knowledge of Piping codes & standards, P&IDs, ISOs & quality standards

Further, you need to have 100% compliance with HSE knowledge and implementation of Site Safety Standards & Measures

You need to have control, Monitoring and Understanding of construction Drawings and keeping updated documentation

In this role you need to have knowledge to prepare contract Specific agreed construction procedure and implementation

You need to have knowledge of Material and Resource Planning & Monitoring work progress, as well knowledge to Lead, controls and expedites construction work progress as per the construction schedule

You need to have knowledge of Implementation of Contract / Sub-Contractor's scope and obtaining certification of Measurement of Work

You must have knowledge of Contractor's performance assessment

Also, you need to have good knowledge of piping system installation / testing / P&ID checking and provide commissioning assistance
