Physical Security Associate Manager would support our Security Operations program in India. This position is based in Bengaluru ,India and the selectee will report directly to the Sr. Security Manager, Physical Security Operations, based at Hyderabad ,India Role Description You Will Be Responsible For The Following Managing and mentoring a team of contract security personnel Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal partners such as Real Estate & Workplace Services, Health & Safety, Resilience, local leadership, functional business areas, and regional/site leadership Cultivating and maintaining effective liaison with relevant external entities, such as government and law enforcement agencies, industry bodies, regulatory agencies and private sector counterparts Executing operations consistent with global security standards and direct enforcement of those standards when necessary Coordinating closely with the Global Crisis Management Team (GCMT) and participating in the Regional Incident Management Team (RIMT) to support incident response as it relates to Indianapolis Investigations and physical security incident response, includes participation in the Violence Prevention Program Working in close coordination with the Risk Intelligence Team to ensure the proactive protection of our facilities Supporting the planning, directing, and executing of event security for small to medium size in-region / on-campus events, and supporting large public facing events when necessary Supporting the management of local contracts, resources, and vendors; includes scheduling quarterly business reviews, capturing metrics and reporting on KPIs Maintaining an environment where our people feel safe and confident in our ability to protect them Championing Salesforce values with a passion for diversity and inclusion The successful candidate for this role will have the following qualifications: 2+ years of experience successfully leading a physical security team in a corporate physical security role Overall experience of 4+ years in security or closely related services in public or private sector Demonstrated experience managing/supporting a successful security operations program Presentation, writing, research, and analysis skills Familiarity with multiple aspects of a Corporate Security program beyond Operations to include Risk Intelligence and Threat Monitoring Event Security Investigations Executive Protection Travel Security Security Systems Technology Project Management Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate environment Familiarity with Salesforce.com and use of our business solutions ASIS CPP and/or PSP certification preferred Accommodations If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
