About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Associate Manager Performance Marketing to join our Growth team. In this role, you will design and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms, with a focus on web-based lead capture (no app downloads required). You'll work cross-functionally with creative, content, and tech teams to build high-converting assets and scale our lead acquisition strategy efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms focused on lead generation via web-based lead forms.
  • Develop and implement user funnel strategies to drive high-intent leads and optimize CAC (Cost per Acquisition).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and lead forms to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, deriving actionable insights to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and experiment with new channels, tools, and trends in digital performance marketing.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3 7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2C tech or EdTech.
  • Proven success in lead generation campaigns using Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms, and other similar platforms.
  • Strong grasp of user funnels, conversion tracking, and key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to interpret campaign data using Google Analytics, Excel, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product-based or subscription-driven B2C companies.
  • Hands-on exposure to CPL optimization and scaling lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with regional language marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using AI tools for campaign optimization or creative generation.
  • Exposure to Pinterest or TikTok Ads platforms (bonus).
Recruiter's Review Criteria
Mandatory:
  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Proven experience planning & executing lead generation campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
  • Must have managed budgets exceeding 1 Cr per month.
  • In-depth knowledge of user funnels, conversion tracking, and marketing metrics.
  • Prior experience in B2C EdTech companies.
  • Must be based in Mumbai.
Preferred:
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing tasks.
  • Exposure to Pinterest or TikTok Ads.
