Purpose of the Job

: Responsible for to maintain the equipment's in PCR Stock to meet the ticket adherence & to improve the machine w.r.t safety, environmental, quality & cost as per TQM standards & systems with Total Employee Involvement.

Major Responsibilities

:

Ensure Availability of PCR stock machines and provide technical support. Ensuring adherence of 100% PM Compliance Ensuring the availability of Critical Spares Improving the engineering efficiencies Ensure SOP's, PPE usage and risk controls Ensuring the health objectives of reporting members Promote people participation in improvement activities like kaizen, QCC, Qc Story Ensure the MMR adherence for approved changes

Skills

:


Electrical , Electronics, transmission, DC machines, SAP, MS Office tools. Maintwiz , Energy Management system, IATF, Awareness of POSH act.

Relevant Experience

: 10 - 12 Years.
