We are hiring a results-driven and proactive Associate Operations Manager to lead and streamline operational, administrative, and facilities functions across our India offices -- with a primary base in Hyderabad and oversight for Hyderabad and Bangalore. This is a non-client-facing role that requires regular collaboration with US-based teams, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in delivery support and back-office operations.

This role includes full accountability for procurement, vendor lifecycle management, SOP governance, and multi-site operations administration.

We'll trust you to:

Pan-India Delivery Operations

+ Oversee daily operations supporting technology and consulting teams across Hyderabad and may require extending support to Pune and Bangalore offices.
+ Monitor staffing logistics, onboarding/offboarding, team utilization, and internal resource movements.
+ Support for various operational tasks, including documentation, reporting, and communication with internal teams.
+ Support for Travel Management Pan India, Events management / Guest Management, Corporate Tie-Up with Hotels/ Service Providers, etc.
+ Provide operational continuity and issue resolution support across delivery units.

Admin & Facilities Management

+ Manage site-level administration: front desk, supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and space planning.
+ Ensure infrastructure readiness and smooth functioning of all physical facilities.
+ Lead business continuity preparedness, safety procedures, and office upkeep.

Procurement & Vendor Governance

+ Own procurement and lifecycle management of assets (IT/HR/Admin)
+ Drive the onboarding and management of IT/HR/Admin/Legal/Accounting/Staffing vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs and procurement policies.
+ Drive vendor negotiations, service-level reviews, and renewals to optimise cost and delivery performance.
+ Maintain accurate IT asset tracking and enforce accountability for device allocations and returns.
+ Manage invoice processing, verification, and clearance in coordination with the finance team.
+ Track operational expenses and ensure alignment with the allocated budget.
+ Handle service requests, maintenance issues, and monitor the performance of vendors responsible for office facilities.

SOP Development and Governance

+ Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations, procurement, facilities, onboarding, and resource coordination.
+ Ensure all SOPs align with Beghou's policies, audit requirements, and best practices.
+ Conduct regular SOP training and awareness sessions for team members and new hires.
+ Periodically review and revise SOPs to reflect process improvements and compliance updates.

Cross-Office & Global Coordination

+ Coordinate with counterparts in the US on project support, staffing, reporting, and policy alignment.
+ Act as a liaison between India operations and global support functions (HR, Finance, IT).
+ Participate in global planning and sync meetings to ensure local execution meets international standards.

Operational Reporting & Process Optimization

+ Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): team utilisation, asset turnaround time, ticket resolution rates, vendor SLA adherence.
+ Automate recurring reporting and tracking workflows using dashboards and templates.
+ Continuously identify and implement process improvements in delivery support, procurement, and facilities.
+

Compliance & Risk Management

+ Ensure adherence to security policies, data protection standards, and asset compliance.
+ Support audits (internal or external) related to operations, administration, or infrastructure.
+ Proactively address risks through root cause analysis and preventive/corrective measures.

You'll need to have:

+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent (MBA preferred). + 10-12 years of experience in operations management or delivery support, ideally in consulting, IT services, or enterprise technology.
+ Proven track record in:
+ Multi-site office operations and admin oversight
+ Procurement and negotiation for IT, HR, Administrative, and staffing requirements.
+ Developing and managing SOPs
+ Familiarity with task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps), dashboards (Power BI, Excel), and asset management systems.
+ Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in managing facilities and vendors across India for global service delivery teams.
+ Certifications: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or Facilities Management (FMP/CFM).
