Role & Responsibilities

End-to-end

order management and tracking

for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business operations. Ensure

TAT adherence

by closely tracking timely dispatches and order fulfillment. Act as a

single point of contact

for internal stakeholders including SCM, Customer Support, Quality, and other cross-functional teams for D2C operations. Track and manage

post-purchase customer grievances

, work with internal teams for resolution, conduct RCA, and drive course corrections to meet customer expectations. Prepare and manage

MIS reports

covering key operational metrics such as order flow, TAT, leakages, post-purchase complaints, and performance indicators. Serve as the

single point of contact for overall business operations

for the assigned vertical and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Preferred Skill Set

Strong exposure to

D2C / E-commerce operations

Experience in

order lifecycle management & logistics coordination

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in

MIS & reporting

Ability to handle escalations and customer-centric issue resolution
