is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Last Mile Operations -


Associate Manager

to lead and manage our delivery operations in
Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end operations,
ensuring timely and efficient delivery of fuel to customers while
maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor last-mile fuel
delivery operations to meet clients' SLAs.

Team Leadership

: Manage and mentor delivery executives, drivers, and
support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Route Optimization

: Leverage tools and techniques to optimize delivery
routes and reduce turnaround time.

Safety Compliance

: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and
government regulations related to fuel handling and transportation.

Customer Satisfaction:

Address customer issues promptly and implement
processes to enhance the delivery experience.

Fleet Management:

Oversee maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and
vehicle readiness.

Data Analysis:

Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement
areas and implement corrective measures.

Inventory Control:

Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate with the
supply chain to ensure adequate availability.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on key operational
metrics to senior management.

Experience and Skills Required:


Experience:

5-8 years in last-mile operations, logistics, or a related
field, preferably in the fuel delivery or logistics industry.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with GPS tracking, route
optimization tools, and basic MS Excel for reporting.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to
address operational challenges.

Safety Awareness:

Knowledge of safety standards in fuel handling and
transportation.

Communication

: Good written and verbal communication skills.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with Ahmedabad and surrounding areas is a plus.

Client Centric

: Focus on proactively understanding and exceeding
client expectations for seamless delivery experiences.

Accountability:

Takes full ownership of operational tasks, ensuring
timely and efficient resolution of challenges.

Result Driven

: Focuses on achieving key performance metrics and
continuously improving delivery outcomes.
