Job Summary

In this rapidly evolving world, Tredence is always looking for new ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced product engineer to lead the charge on this mission. The ideal candidate will have thorough experience in executing ML and DS solutions and managing and collaborating with a team of data engineers, data scientists and software engineers. They will foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. Most importantly, they will be integral to helping us build better products that people [or businesses] love to use.

Job Location

Bangalore / Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gathering, cleaning, and processing raw data and analyzing data sets to spot trends and patterns that can be translated into actionable insights
• Designing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to mine big data sets and applied statistical techniques
• Knowledge of Databricks is a plus
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps is a plus
• Knowledge of Visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI will add value

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in related discipline

• 4+ years' experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence Consulting roles.
• 1+ years' experience in product development
• Hands on Knowledge Requirement

• In-depth Python/PySpark and SQL (any querying language) knowledge
• Strong understanding of machine learning / data science theory, techniques and tools including NLP, OCR, Deep Learning, supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle - feature engineering, training, validation, scaling, deployment, scoring, monitoring, and feedback loop is an asset
