Making an impact. What will you do?



In this role you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of pumps, compressors, fans, etc. and maintaining positive working environment with site managers and other maintenance managers.

Further you will ensure exposure to reliability centered maintenance and support in vibration monitoring systems such turbine/compressor application

Additionally, you will be responsible for the overhauling of turbines, compressors, pumps and various rotating equipment, training and development of plant level mechanical engineers and technicians.

Making annual plans for OPEX & CAPEX, major shutdown/ TAR (materials & Services, Budget etc.) and vendor selection for material supply & services is a part of your responsibility.

Moreover, you are in charge for supporting root cause failure analysis related to mechanical failure of equipment and coordinating the site activities on rotating equipment during turnaround.



Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?



You have bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with seven to ten (7- 10) years of experience in continuous process industries preferably ASU / Petrochemical / Fertilizers etc.
