Associate Manager Mechanical
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Section In-charge is tasked with overseeing the mechanical operations of section-specific equipment such as furnaces and rectifiers, slag granulation, rotary equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and minimizing downtime. This role involves coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance, managing shift operations, overseeing shutdowns, and handling inventory and arranging of mechanical spares. They are responsible for carrying out the PM activities and Shutdown planning of section.
Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in mechanical
Relevant Work Experience - 12 Year
Experience in rotary equipment like fan, pump, bucket elevator, gear box, cooling tower, EOT crane
Preference working experience in hot metal area.
