Essential Job Functions:

Develop and execute communication strategies to support the objectives of our GIS business and our local India site. Collaborate with senior management on key messaging and clear communication. Implement internal communication plans to engage employees and align them with company goals. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications. Utilize modern technology, especially AI, to work efficiently. Be a key collaborator on a global Communications team.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role Proven experience in Communications Proficiencies in strategic communication planning and project management Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

Strong executive presence with proven ability to establish trusted relationships at senior levels Ability to think strategically and drive execution across multiple communications channels Excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
