We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in market research and a solid understanding of leading a team. This role is pivotal in overseeing regional/focus teams, setting performance objectives, enhancing processes, and driving major research processes and initiatives. The Associate Manager will play a critical role in departmental strategy and team growth.
What you'll be doing:Oversee the activities of regional or focus teams, ensuring alignment with overall Go-to-Market goals & objectives
Set clear performance objectives and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
Drive major research & GTM processes and initiatives, ensuring they align with the department's strategic objectives.
Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution for GTM velocity
Enhance and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of outcomes.
Collaborate with Analytics team to create & manage KPI & insights dashboards
Guide direct reports in routine tasks, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that research initiatives support sales strategies and GTM objectives.
Address and manage employee relations issues with a fair and consistent approach, fostering a positive work environment.
Work with GTM divisions e.g. Sales Enablement, F&PA, Revenue Operations to enable projects & initiatives
Collaborate with Legal & Enforcement teams for market intelligence tasks & project strategy & delivery
What we're looking for:7-10 years of experience in market research/sales operations with a solid understanding of market research & GTM methodologies and best practices.
4+ years of experience in leading and managing teams, with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve performance objectives.
Demonstrated ability to make informed and strategic decisions by assessing situations, considering various factors, and choosing the best course of action.
A track record of enhancing and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within a team or department.
Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
Flexibility with working hours to meet the needs of the team and the business.
