What You Will Own

Develop learning strategies aligned with business priorities. Lead signature technical learning experiences such as bootcamps, workshops, hackathons, and certification sprints. Partner with SMEs, leaders, and external trainers to deliver engaging and relevant content. Manage learning platforms and ensure a smooth, high-engagement learner journey. Use data and dashboards to assess program effectiveness and communicate insights. Mentor a small team and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
