FM mill operator should possess a deep understanding of mill. Levelling of material to maintain centering of strip, reducing cobble due to shifting and bending correction to improve flatness of surface. Calibration of all equipment.
Mill checking and supervising stripper and guide change, roll change and scrap shifting. Ensuring at all times safety of self, colleagues on the shop floor by using PPEs.
