ob Description: L&D Associate

The Learning & Development (L&D) Associate plays a key role in executing training initiatives that foster employee growth and organizational capability. This role supports training needs analysis, content development, LMS administration, and program evaluation, while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Needs Analysis:

Partner with managers and teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Content Development:

Support creation and maintenance of training materials--e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.

Training Support:

Assist in delivering engaging learning experiences--both virtual and in-person.

LMS Administration:

Manage course scheduling, attendance, and reporting in the Learning Management System.

Onboarding:

Contribute to new hire onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration.

Program Evaluation:

Track training effectiveness using relevant metrics and feedback.

Communication & Promotion:

Develop materials to communicate learning opportunities and drive participation.

Vendor Coordination:

Support vendor relations, logistics, and invoice processing.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify ways to enhance learning programs and processes.

Skills & Qualifications
