POSITION / TITLE: Associate Manager - GTM Operations & Experiential Marketing



POSITION SUMMARY:




The Associate Manager of Marketing Ops & Experiential Marketing ensures smooth campaign execution and end-to-end process alignment across marketing, SDR, and digital teams. This role will manage the GTM operations ecosystem, marketing automation, UTM structure, and deliver world-class events and executive experiences that accelerate pipeline.

LOCATION: Hyderabad (Work from Office)



Key Responsibilities



Partner with GTM, SDR, and Digital teams to analyze campaign performance across HubSpot and Google Analytics Build and maintain Living in the data detail dashboards tracking MQL SQL Pipeline conversion. Conduct funnel performance, channel attribution, and ROI analysis to inform leadership decisions. Collaborate with Product Marketing to provide competitive and market intelligence insights. Lead monthly GTM reviews: identify trends, recommend optimizations, and support forecasting. Support ZoomInfo and HubSpot data governance, segmentation, and lead scoring model refinement. Support quarterly business reviews with visual storytelling through analytics and insights. Proven success in executing experiential programs that drive engagement and provide aircover . Own CAPDB initiative for the CRM data Understanding the execution of Segment Marketing best practices Understanding of AI Uses in GTM operation to increase efficiency . Understanding of ABM Operations

Tools & Skills




HubSpot CRM | Google Analytics (GA4) | ZoomInfo | Excel/Sheets (advanced) | SQL (good to have) | PPT (plus) | Gen AI Tools

Experience



9 + years in Marketing Ops / GTM (B2B SaaS preferred). Strong understanding of

demand generation funnels and ABM reporting

Ability to interpret large datasets and tell a clear story through insight. Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
