Position: Associate Manager GSA Relations & Governance
Location: Gurugram
Reports to: Head GSA Relations & Governance
Key Responsibilities Contracts Management
Manage and optimize contracts with GSAs and external partners.
Negotiate terms and draft agreements.
Review, renew, and renegotiate contracts based on performance and market intelligence.
Track contract progress, highlight risks, and ensure compliance.
Prepare contract progress reports.
Identify new GSA opportunities and evaluate potential partners.
Conduct site visits to monitor GSA deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams for data, pricing intelligence, and operational alignment.
Ensure GSA staff is trained on reservation systems.
Support onboarding of special-category customer segments. Team Management
Lead the team and guide execution of tasks.
Enable cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee onboarding and training of GSAs.
Supervise GSAs in offline territories and ensure global targets.
Resolve GSA SLA-related issues.
Handle additional assigned responsibilities. Eligibility (Education)
Master s / MBA / PGDM / PGP / PG degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Experience Requirements
Minimum: 8 10 years of experience in contract management, including at least 4 years in aviation-related sales activities.
Desired: 10+ years of experience in contract management; aviation sector experience preferred.
