Associate Manager - Group Health Underwriting - 2+ years - Ahmedabad
A role of Underwriter in with minimum 2 years\' experience in group health with having strong understanding of group health insurance. Collaborate with top-tier professionals, analyse critical data, and innovate within the health insurance space.

Responsibilities:

• Driving profitability and top-line growth in group health and personal accident insurance portfolios.
• Evaluating group health and personal accident insurance proposals, focusing on claims, coverage, and demographic data, to identify and pursue high-potential accounts.
• Working closely with sales teams, brokers, channel partners, clients, and internal teams like Operations and IT to deliver effective insurance solutions
• Ensuring fast and accurate turnaround on insurance quotes and provide necessary support to sales colleagues and partners.
• Recommending IT automation solutions for routine tasks and stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative products and opportunities. achieving competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Group Health Underwriting is essential.
• Strong ability to build effective relationships across the value chain.
• Proficiency in Analyzing numerical data and drawing logical conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
