Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure all Term Loan sanction terms are complied with, including Fixed Asset Valuation, Title Search Report, Due Diligence Report, APR, Security Cover Certificate, and Financial Covenant Compliance Certificate. Monitor timelines and ensure submission of all compliance documents to lenders. Handle servicing of ECB (External Commercial Borrowing) facilities as per agreed terms. Oversee complete management of ECB facilities to ensure compliance with sanction conditions. Ensure timely debt servicing without escalations or delays. Review interest calculations, repayment schedules, and ensure accuracy. Monitor and review bank reconciliations and term loan budgets. Ensure timely posting of accounting entries related to loan servicing. Manage activities within the Treasury Module in SAP to support smooth debt operations. Coordinate with banks/lenders to respond to queries and support term loan reviews. Maintain healthy and professional relationships with all banking partners. Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions. Process vendor payments within stipulated timelines. Maintain MIS (Management Information System) for vendor engagements and ensure accuracy of vendor-related data. Support smooth and efficient vendor management practices
