Purpose of the Job

: Responsible for Ensuring of Uninterrupted Power supply to the Process & utility equipments.


Ensure the Preventive & Predictive maintenance Compliance of Electrical systems to reduce the incidence of major breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability of Electrical equipments.

Ensuring the safety of entire team including outsource related to Electrical & Instrumentation.

Major Responsibilities

:

Ensure Preventive & Predictive maintenance of 110KV Switchyard, ESS#1, ESS#5, ESS#9 and ESS #15 electrical Substations. Ensure Preventive & Predictive maintenance of ESS#1 ESS#5, ESS#9 and ESS#12 Utility Electrical Equipments. Ensure the Statutory compliance. Laisoning outsourced O&M and AMC agencies and execution of PM and BM Works. Monthly Maintenance report generation and circulation Spares Planning and ensure stock out situation Adherence to Quality,Energy,Environment and safety and 5Sstandards Abnormality identification and correction Ensure Zero Breakdowns Implementation of Kaizen in the Work Place

Knowledge of Electrical,Electronics and instrumentation installation and maintenance

Knowledge of PLC,SCADA and VFD.

SAP Knowledge

Basic Excel Knowledge

Relevant Experience

: 8 - 10 Years

Education Qualification(s)

: B.E (Electrical & Electronics)
