Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement electrical design standards and procedures to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex electrical issues and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the Power/Energy industry.
• Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in electrical systems and processes.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Qualifications:

• 6-15 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry
