Job Description

Responsibilities: * Update progress and MIS reports to reporting manager.

• Periodically review overall progress of work in line with KRAs.
• Work in coordination with other departments at the site.
• Work towards zero NC (Non-compliance) and resolve at the earliest, if any.

Strategic * Monitoring, coordination & execution of electrical installation activities related 765KV/400KV GIS/AIS Switchyard, Power transformers, Reactors and Unit Auxiliary transformers, Transmission line along with OBL system for erection & commissioning in line with the schedule date of synchronisation of that unit.

• Monitoring & coordination of electrical Operation & maintenance activities related to Construction Power switchyard and its associated systems and plant illumination.

Operational * Smooth and timely erection & commissioning of plant through coordination of relevant teams from Project and Generation.

• Ensure that Quality as per Quality Plans & Safety as per safety guidelines.

People Development & Growth * Enable capability development of self & team members through knowledge sharing sessions.

• Undergoing training required for self-development and share with other members.

Qualifications:
Experience Total: With Degree: 12+ Years
With Diploma: 15 + Years
Essential Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical
Essential Area of Expertise:
Project Electrical Equipment's Erection
Commissioning of Power Projects
Should have hands-on exposure of Erection, testing & Commissioning of Electrical System & equipment's of power projects like AIS/GIS Switchyards, LT/HT Switchgear, Power & Distribution Transformers, Generators, Motors, Switchyard equipment's, DC System & VFD's etc.
