The Opportunity

As an Associate Manager / Manager in Digital Ad Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting our digital advertising solutions to clients in the North Indian Market. We are looking for someone who can bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and strategic thinking to help us achieve our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for digital advertising in the North region.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to create customized ad solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis to enhance our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ad campaign execution and delivery.
Requirements
A proven track record of 4 to 6 years in digital ad sales within the North Indian Market.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive business relationships.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
