Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration

Administer and maintain the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and security. Configure Collibra assets, domains, communities, roles, and workflows in alignment with governance models. Manage user access and permissions based on business and security requirements. Monitor platform health and perform regular audits, upgrades, and patch installations. Collaborate with IT and data architecture teams for infrastructure support and enhancements.

Metadata Ingestion & Management

Design and manage metadata ingestion pipelines using tools like Collibra Connect, DGC APIs, or Informatica, Talend, etc. Integrate metadata from diverse data sources (e.g., databases, data lakes, ETL tools, BI tools). Ensure consistent data cataloging by aligning metadata ingestion to business glossaries and data dictionaries. Troubleshoot and resolve ingestion errors or mismatches in metadata mapping. Maintain lineage and classification metadata to enhance data discoverability and governance.

Collaboration & Governance Support

Partner with data stewards, analysts, and business users to support data governance and catalog adoption. Provide training, documentation, and support for users on Collibra functionalities. Assist with workflow development and lifecycle management for business terms, policies, and data assets. Contribute to the evolution of enterprise data governance strategy.
