What You Will Own
In this role, you will own creating content that resonates, engages and improves visibility across different touch points, languages, formats and platforms, capturing the interest of diverse audiences driving organic traffic. You will also generate demand by producing compelling content that attracts and converts prospects into loyal customers. You will continuously measure and optimize the content, ensuring it meets visibility, engagement, and conversion goal by driving meaningful interactions that encourages engagement throughout the buyer's journey.
Experience You Should Bring
Creating content that resonates, engages and improves discovery across different touch points, languages, formats and platforms, capturing the interest of diverse audiences. Therefore, driving organic traffic.
Continuously measure and optimise the content to drive discovery, engagement, and conversion goals.
Good understanding of SEO and GEO practices to drive organic discovery, and citations/inclusions on AI models.
Fundamental knowledge and understanding of B2B businesses and associated subjects/processes (accounting, inventory, etc.) is preferred.
Experience with Digital platforms and analytical tools like WordPress, GA4, etc. is an added advantage.
What You Will Be Doing
Create content that educates, informs, sells, and provides information across digital platforms.
Drive (and challenge) the unified content marketing strategy (Content guidelines, Content streams, and Tone & Style for those Content Streams) to drive organic and AI discovery of content, commerce, user experience and other identified business goals.
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics and customer needs to develop original content.
Coordinate with internal teams and manage external teams to deliver the content deliverables to drive business goals.
* Measure, analyse and report on what's working and what isn't regarding Tally's content marketing efforts.
