(JD) for Steel Melting Shop, Central QA

o Develop, implement and maintain Quality Management system.
o Define SOP, Inspection plan, test plan of slab production.
o Ensure correct slab decision to right customer
o Keep informed SMS team about quality issues of steel products
o CAPA formulation for internal & external complaint
o Daily management of quality parameters.
o Problem solving to ensure quality
o Conduct plant trial and publish its report to improve quality and on new development
o Publish Technical papers
o Study technical feasibility of new / existing enquiries
o Management of Slab inventory without affecting production
o S-printing and macro-etch of slab samples and record its result
o Impart training to plant heat makers in line with quality assurance
o Successful completion of internal and external audit
o Control quality of input materials
o Conduct process audit

Qualification
