: Senior Associate Manager- SAP Analytics on Cloud (SAC) Modelling and Analytics

This role will be part of the Business Intelligence COE, which is a global team that leverages technical expertise to enable Lilly to achieve our financial objectives. We support global Planning Forecasting and Reporting (PFR) to all affiliates, hubs, regions, and corporate consolidations. Over the next few years Lilly is migrating from our current ECC SAP system to S4/HANA transforming our current planning, forecasting, and reporting tools and technology to new cloud-based solutions. The SAP Analytics on Cloud (SAC) modelling and analytics role will help us design and develop the next generation of analytical reporting and visualization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert on SAC modelling, scripting, reports, and dashboard creation
• Expert on foundational data views in S4/HANA and BW4 to recommend financial data analytics outcomes
• Develop and operationalize reporting and data analytics to measure impact with PFR data platform transformation to SAC and S4/HANA
• Translate analytics outcomes into actionable business insights to deliver business objectives
• Hands on experience in using S/4 HANA, BO4.3 and Analysis for office (A4O)
• Develop or modifies reports by considering end user requirements, best fit reporting tool, data model availability
• Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance and partner with the Analytics team to develop tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the NEXUS (S4/HANA) program tower leads to support management reporting design to inform financial reporting
• Define the solution architecture, design, and configuration of extractors, staging objects, views, and queries
• Analyzing data for trends and making recommendations based on findings.
• Partner with business to navigate complex issues and change management agenda

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of strong experience in reporting and data analytics with primary experience in SAC, SAP S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA
• Understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Strong understanding of data engineering techniques and modelling
• Experience using common data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) strong analytical skills coupled with business acumen, and an ability to think strategically
• Deep understanding of popular reporting tools and databases
