Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Associate Sales Executive to join our Loan Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, explaining loan products, and ensuring documentation and coordination with internal teams. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell loan products (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, Consumer Durable Loans) to potential customers.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and digital campaigns.
Guide customers through the loan application process, including eligibility checks and document collection.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, etc.) for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet assigned monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to compliance, operational, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience: 1-3 years in loan sales with an NBFC, Bank, or DSA.
Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Field sales experience preferred
Knowledge of financial products and credit documentation is a plus
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools
