Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Lawyer / Legal Associate
to support ourBanking & Finance
team in drafting and due diligence assignments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparingdemand notices, reply to legal notices, due diligence reports, and legal documentation review
for Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:
Draft and vet
demand notices
,loan recall notices
, andlegal replies
in large volumes. Review and summarizeloan documentation, mortgage deeds
andtitle documents
. Conductlegal due diligence
. Coordination with internal teams.Requirements:
LL.B. from a recognized university (enrollment with Bar Council preferred). 0-2 years of experience. Strong command over English drafting, articulation, and legal reasoning. Familiarity with
SARFAESI Act and RBI guidelines
is desirable. Ability to work onvolume drafting assignments
with attention to detail and timelines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
