Experience bracket:

1 year of post-qualification (LLB, LLM) experience in various Corporate Laws, SPA, SHA & Business Development of preferred industry.

Experience of working with consulting firm preferred with business development skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP) and Liquidation proceedings.

2. Draft and review Resolution Plans in compliance with IBC guidelines.

3. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements such as Shareholders' Agreements (SHA), Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Master Services Agreements (MSA), Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Talent Agreements, etc.

4. Assist in legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction structuring.

Qualifications: LLB (mandatory).

Company Secretary (CS) qualification or pursuing CS will be an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate laws and the IBC framework.

Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills.

Immediate joiner preferred.
