This person will be handling litigation management
A purpose driven role for you
Handling all the consumer litigations (more than 600) in National Commission, State Commission and Consumer Forums
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of reply to the legal notices issued on behalf of customers
\xef\x82\xb7 Advise and opinion to Service Team on the service related issues
\xef\x82\xb7 Study, research and case preparation of consumer cases involving management and officers of company.
A Day in the life
Discussion and advise to the outside lawyers on the court proceedings
\xef\x82\xb7 Attending and assisting the lawyers in court proceedings
\xef\x82\xb7 Discussion with internal stakeholders on the issues related to business and support them in day to day functioning
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of consumer cases MIS and presentation to Manager
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of note on relevant laws applicable to our business and presentation to team members
Academic Qualification & Experience
LLB with 1-3 years
