About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Technology Associate

to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring

4+ years of transactional legal experience

with a strong focus on

general corporate law, corporate finance, and information technology transactions

.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about technology and its legal implications, and enjoys working on complex, high-impact transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a wide range of transactions including: Joint ventures Software and systems development & licensing Technology transfer & R&D agreements Intellectual property licensing (patent, trademark, copyright) Biotechnology, Internet, and eCommerce transactions Mergers & Acquisitions, financing, and restructuring deals Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts with a focus on

data security and privacy

provisions. Provide strategic legal advice on

technology-related legal matters

and emerging IT issues. Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent); additional certifications in technology law are a plus Minimum

4 years of relevant transactional legal experience

Solid understanding of technology-related legal frameworks and regulatory environments Demonstrated experience in

contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory

, particularly in data security and privacy

Preferred Skills:
