Legal Associate (Corporate Law)

What you'll do:

Handle end-to-end corporate legal matters including M&A, investments, fundraising & governance
Draft, review & negotiate corporate/commercial agreements - SHA, SSA, JVAs, M&A docs, vendor contracts
Ensure compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI & other statutory laws
Work with leadership on key legal & business initiatives

What we're looking for:

2-3 years of strong experience in corporate law, M&A & due diligence
Strong drafting, analytical & negotiation skills
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
